Confidential Information telephone line – an element of the system for combating corruption, fraud and embezzlement in “OPTIMA Grupa” d.o.o.

In order to ensure the protection of workers who report information via the hotline from formal and informal sanctions, the following measures have been taken by the employer:

The hotline communication channels involve exclusively the employees of the security department - a structural working unit authorized to consider and verify incoming information, conduct analysis and official investigations if necessary, and which is directly subordinated to the Director;
the person reporting the information is guaranteed an objective and confidential approach when considering the information provided;
anonymous reports are also considered (at the same time, it should be appreciated that providing contact information contributes to a more complete investigation of the issues involved in the procedure, and the possibility of specifying the information received, also enabling feedback);
for employees of "OPTIMA Group" d.o.o. - an employee who reports information about facts of corruption, fraud, embezzlement or other abuses known to him, in the event of disciplinary proceedings being conducted by that person within a year following the reported message, disciplinary liability measures are applied only according to the results of consideration of the relevant issue by the Disciplinary Commission, while respecting the manner of application of disciplinary sanctions, as provided for in the Labor Law.
