Professional development, training and employee development are encouraged through our own Training Centre. The Centre drafts an annual training plan which includes various educational programs that meet the company needs, as well as specific individual needs of the employees.

Along with regular education and training, we organize “Professional Awards"" competition, whose first round in held at the Brod and Modrica refineries and in NESTRO PETROL. The second round of “Professional Awards"" is held in Russian Federation, where it is organized by the parent company - ""Zarubezhneft” JSC Moscow.
